嚴愛軍 (東北大學自動化研究中心,遼寧 沈陽,110004) 摘 要:針對豎爐焙燒過程的工藝特點及技術要求,基于Rockwell自動化技術和智能控制方法提出了實現磁選管回收率優化的豎爐焙燒過程綜合自動化系統,介紹了Rockwell自動化技術的主要性能特點,討論了由智能優化、過程控制和過程管理三層結構組成的綜合自動化系統的結構、功能和以磁選管回收率為目標的控制策略。所提出的系統成功應用于某鋼鐵公司選礦廠豎爐焙燒生產過程,實現了豎爐焙燒生產過程的優化控制、優化運行和優化管理,取得了明顯的應用成效,同時說明了Rockwell自動化技術在工礦企業自動化應用方面的先進性與可靠性。 關鍵詞:豎爐焙燒;磁選管回收率(MTRR);Rockwell自動化;綜合自動化系統;智能優化 Integrated Automation System for Shaft Furnace Roasting Process Using Rockwell’s Technology YAN Ai-jun (Research Center of Automation, Northeastern University, Liaoning,Shenyang, 110004, P. R. China) Abstract: The integrated automation system consisting based on Rockwell Automation and intelligent control of three layers: Intelligent Optimization Control, Process Control and Process Management is developed to fit the characteristic and requirement of the shaft furnace roasting process and optimization target of Magnetic Tube Recovery Rate (MTRR) is achieved. The technology performance of Rockwell Automation products is introduced. The structure, functions and MTRR based control strategy of this system are discussed. The system proposed in this paper has been successfully applied to the roasting process of Minerals Processing Factory of an Iron and Steel Company to realize process optimal control, process optimal operation and process optimal management. It has been proven to provide benefits to this minerals processing factory and reliability of advanced Rockwell’s technology at factory automation application.
